Tuesday 1/31/17 Agenda

Presentation for Registration is in my room 607 today-Please meet in our regular classroom for class today!

HW=
1. Complete the "Take Home Quiz for A Doll's House Act 2" that I will collect tomorrow at the beginning of class in the Library.  I will also be collecting your Act 2 Discussion Questions at the beginning of class.

1. What is the sickness from which Dr. Rank suffers?
2. Could Dr. Rank have helped Nora with the initial loan?
3. Why is Nora going to dance the tarantella in an outfit of a Neapolitan fisher girl at the ball the next evening?

2.  Meet in the library for class tomorrow to register for your classes for next year.


Book Review Requirements:
·         Synopsis-short summary of the book without giving away the          ending
·         Historical context (Social Construct)
·         Background information (Setting)
·         Discuss one theme from the book and how it may or may not still stand true today in today’s society
Think of a creative way to review your book for the class.  You may choose one of the following ideas or you can come up with your own creative idea:
·         Create a video that reviews your book and upload it to a site such as YouTube
·         Create a presentation that reviews your book using PowerPoint or Prezi
·         Facilitate a mock Interview with the author that will review the book (live or recorded)
·         Create a Book Trailer (live or recorded) that reviews the book


Reminders:
All Group members MUST be involved in creating or performing/presenting the presentation.
All Group members will receive the same grade on this Book Review Assignment
