"SOAH" Review Video
On a piece of binder paper titled Irony-3 Different Types write down three different types of irony and give an example of each from the short story "The Story of an Hour" by Kate Chopin.
Collect Irony-3 Different Types papers.
- Please review "The Story of an Hour" by Kate Chopin that we read in class yesterday.
- Create an 8 box storyboard from the recycled paper on my teacher desk in front of the Smart board as I demonstrated yesterday.
- Inside each box on the storyboard include a description, an illustration or image, and a text bubble with dialog. Your Story board should retell "The Story of an Hour" like a comic strip would.
- Choose the 8 main events of the story to explain in each box and be sure to include the word IRONY in the last box with an explanation of why the ending is ironic.
- Title your story board "Story of an Hour" and make sure to include your name and period.
